Champlain Heights is Vancouver’s best-kept secret! A unique urban neighbourhood, Champlain Heights is a diverse community with a small town feel.
Le Coeur is located near the intersection of Champlain and Matheson crescents, a short walk from the Champlain Heights Community Centre, Champlain Heights Elementary and Annex schools, and the Village Market and Village Pub.
Champlain Heights is home to a remarkable network of walking trails that criss-cross the neighbourhood, allowing for quiet, off-road walks. Longer walks can take you through neighbouring Everett Crowley Park, Central Park, or Riverfront Park.
Champlain Square mall is within walking distance and contains many amenities, including a library, supermarket, and medical clinic. Metrotown and the up-and-coming River District also provide additional local shopping opportunities.
Situated in the very southeast corner of Vancouver, we are also lucky to be close to the parks, amenities, and opportunities of our neighbouring cities of Burnaby, New Westminster, and Richmond.
